If you can find one, there were some interesting papers written about what his party's plans for the American economy were after the war ended. Oh, yes, let's not forget where those fellas in the brown shirts with the funny moustaches got some of their more despicable ideas, for instance, Eugenics. Economists then and now agree that without FDR's policies, the Depression would have resolved itself in three years. His policies after the crash in '29 caused the depression to last until we went to war. The reason we established term limits for the U.S. "Putin has caused concern, by circumventing constitutional term limits. I’m not a Putin apologist, he murders his enemies, he is vicious, the world will be a better place without him, but too many generalizations on this thread. In thirty years there's has been no defined scientific or strategic goal that would justify a return to the moon.ĭid anyone blame Reagan when the space shuttle blew up in 1986? Did anyone blame Eisenhower when the Vanguard blew up on the launch pad.? How is Putin a dictator if he ran for election in 2018 and won a big victory? Was Roosevelt a dictator after winning 4 elections and his party controlled congress for over a decade? The Cold War is over. Putin is a dinosaur, on his way out and Russia couldn't find its butt with both hands. Last I heard they were real nervous about using it over Ukraine airspace because, well, their military is so wracked with corruption that it has too many mysterious equipment failures due to shortcuts in construction and electronics. Funny thing, when that ship was built, they built a sister ship at the same time, no engines, just the basic hull, that China purchased, completed and used as a training vessel for many years! No tugboats, no mysterious equipment shortages, they could afford fuel! Funny thing about the Russian version, last I checked, it sits at a dock, no attempt at repairs, no money for a refit, and, most importantly, no fuel. Nothing wrong with the system that built a Junior Varsity Aircraft Carrier, oops, Aircraft Cruiser, that, when the engines were still running, couldn't leave the dock without two ocean going tugboats to make sure it could come back. 60.I'm sure, I believe, it's not the political regime it's the system.
